The activity of Bytenauta S.L. is not subject to prior administrative authorisation, it is not a regulated profession with a professional association, and the company has not adhered to any code of conduct.
Purpose and terms of use
This site gives information about the services of Bytenauta S.L. The “Kit de la pyme” (small business kit), a set of made-up data for testing tools, is in a public repository on GitHub (in Spanish). Access to all of it is open and costs nothing. Anyone who browses the site accepts these terms and agrees to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
It is not permitted to use the site for unlawful purposes, to try to access non-public parts of the infrastructure, to introduce malicious code or to do anything that damages, overloads or prevents the normal operation of the service.
Prices
This website has no rate card or price list. If an amount of ours appears anywhere, it is in euros and excluding VAT, because we work for companies and professionals. The quote for each job is made in writing, case by case, and it is the one that counts: it prevails over any figure published here.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, code, design, images, the figures of Bytolo and of the agents, the logos and the trademarks that appear on the site are the property of Bytenauta S.L. or are used with the permission of their owners. They are protected by Spanish and European law on intellectual and industrial property.
Short extracts of the articles may be quoted, stating the source and linking to the original page. Beyond such quotation, the content of the site may not be reproduced, transformed, distributed or publicly communicated without the prior written permission of Bytenauta S.L.
The “Kit de la pyme” is the exception. It is published under an open licence that does let you copy it, adapt it and use it, including for commercial purposes. The terms are in The kit and the tests.
The trademarks and product names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for information only: citing them does not imply any commercial relationship, sponsorship or certification of any kind.
Liability
Bytenauta S.L. tries to keep the information published correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it contains no errors. The content is for information only. It is not legal, tax, employment, financial or technical advice for a specific case, and it does not create a professional relationship with the reader. Decisions made on the basis of it are the responsibility of whoever makes them; if you have a question of that kind, ask your adviser.
Bytenauta S.L. is not liable for damage arising from interruptions of the service, network failures, or viruses or other elements that may alter the user’s computer system, provided they are not attributable to negligence on its part.
If you find an error in an article, write to us at info@bytenauta.com. We check it and, if it needs correcting, we correct it in the article itself and note the date of the correction.
Links to third parties
The site contains links to third-party pages (cited sources, manufacturers’ documentation, public bodies). Bytenauta S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy policies. A link does not imply a recommendation or a commercial relationship.
Data protection
The processing of the personal data collected through the site (contact form and email) is described in the privacy policy. This site does not set cookies.
Changes
Bytenauta S.L. may change this legal notice to adapt it to changes in the law or in the site itself. The version in force is always the one published on the Spanish page (Aviso legal).
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, and unless consumer law provides for a different jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Alicante.
